What are the hours of operation?
We strive to be accessible to our population respecting parents work ours and children school hours. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Do You Accept Tricare?
As a proud veteran, we strive to serve and provide our military families a first class service. We do accept Tricare Prime and Select. Phycinity is also a Tricare Prime PCP. As a Tricare Prime beneficiary, you have unlimited urgent cares per fiscal year without the need of a referral.
Do You Accept Walk-Ins?
Please call our 24 hr line and we will try to accommodate your request. If you walk-in to our clinic, you may expect some delay till we accommodate you to our schedule.

What if I don’t want to use insurance, or don’t have insurance?
Phycinity’s cash pay pricing is very competitive to pediatric urgent care centers, regular co-pays and other services in the area. Please contact us for more information. We are currently developing a concierge model that will benefit those without health insurance or high deductive insurance patients.
How do I request a refill?
You are more than welcome to request a refill. The easiest way is by login to your cloud patient portal from your smart phone, tablet, and/or PC and submit your request. You can also call our practice.
What Forms Do I Need To Fill?
We are a paperless pediatric clinic. Therefore, before your appointment, you will receive all of the forms you need to fill and sign. The forms will be transferred to the electronic medical record. Our check in kiosk do provide iPads with everything you need to check in to your appointment.
Do I have to pay if I have Tricare Select?
Yes, Tricare Select is an option active duty and retirees voluntarly enroll. Congress sets every year how much out of pocket you have to pay every fiscal year. Please consult with Tricare to know how much out of pocket you have to pay. The out-of-pocket cost are dependent on multiple factor including rank.
